At TØTE®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original TØTE® packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
